Voice and Music Policies
CAPA is a worship academy dedicated to discipling and training future worship leaders.
Consistent attendance at practices and lessons builds skills that benefit students both now and in future ministry and life opportunities.
Parents, please support your child’s weekly commitment to lesson time.
Tuition:

All students will pay tuition monthly.

All students will be required to sign up for automatic payments.

A $15 late fee will be applied after the 10th of the month for outstanding balances.

Students whose tuition is unpaid for two consecutive months will be suspended from lessons until the account is brought current.

Tuition remains the same each month & is not pro-rated for holidays, missed classes etc.

All new students will start lessons on the 1st week of the following calendar month.
Missed Classes:

If a student must miss their lesson due to sickness or an emergency, the CAPA instructor must be notified as soon as possible. Make-up lessons are not guaranteed and will be at the instructor’s discretion.

If an instructor is sick or unavailable to teach, an available substitute instructor may fill in.
Holidays:

CAPA Music will abide by a calendar schedule. The season runs from September 2nd through June 1st and will be closed for the following holidays and dates:

Harvest Fest- Friday, October 31st 2025
Thanksgiving Break- November 24th-November 28th 2025
Christmas Break- December 22nd 2025 -January 2nd 2026
Easter Break- April 6th-April 10th 2026
Memorial Day- Monday, May 25th 2026
